It’s everyones favorite burned palm Nazi “Toht” from the Kenner Raiders of the Lost Ark Action Figure line.
Released in 1982.
From the back of the card it seems like a rather small line of action figures in relation to how popular the movie was.
I guess the German Flying Wing with faceless mechanic figure never made it past the development stage.
Shame.
