It’s a vintage plastic toy made by Tigrett Industries out of Jackson, Tennessee.
It’s the “Friendship VII” space satellite being held back by a man in a hat (I know, makes no sense to me either..)
Also, the “Friendship VII” was a space capsule, not a satellite.
When you pull the string , rubber feet on the bottom cause the toy to move across the floor.
The toy measures 5″ long and 2.5″ tall.
