It’s THE BLOP GAME from MILTON BRADLEY released in 1966. Hard to find, I don’t think It was out for very long. Big plastic head that shoots ball out the top.
Whack his tongue, catch the ball. ….Just don’t look into his eyes… Fun for the whole family.
