Looks “Big Daddy Ed Roth / Rat Fink” in style.
He looks like a businessman / salesman of some sort.
Rear tires are marked “badyear”

Came with Pac-Man cards that resembled a scratch-ticket.
Vintage toy car marked “It’s A Beaut #2 ” on the bottom. Tootsie Toy-ish.

Measures 3.5″ long x 1.25″ tall.

It’s a vintage plastic toy made by Tigrett Industries out of Jackson, Tennessee.
It’s the “Friendship VII” space satellite being held back by a man in a hat (I know, makes no sense to me either..)
Also, the “Friendship VII” was a space capsule, not a satellite.
When you pull the string , rubber feet on the bottom cause the toy to move across the floor.
The toy measures 5″ long and 2.5″ tall.
